meet and greet with artists...

It was Nov 12th when i returned from a business trip in asia. Already during my trip Knud did contact me about a land in Rogoznica which probably is for sale. So one day after my return Andrea, my wife, and me drove to Knud´s living and working place Hotrod Hangar in Austria. He explained us the situation and short handed we were going 3 days later by car to Croatia.

After a location check of the land we went to Zlatko Zivcovic, an artist painting in an abstract style, using the elements and specific symbols to express himself. He did show us his most recent paintings including two of Knud and his wife Renata.

But as well we were looking at drawings from his very talented son Josip.

At the end we talked about the land. The base for discussing situation and price was also a very nice artwork ;-)

Rtič 23a, Rogoznica

With some nice food incl a bottle of red wine "Babić from Marinov" and homemade pastry we ended up in a nice talk. This as a base just can lead in a nice future with good friends...
